This is the old version of my RPN Calculator. You can get the new .net version here.
I've always wanted a decent Reverse Polish Notation (RPN) calculator for my computers. So I wrote one. My intent with this is to use it on my Palm-sized PC as a replacement for my trusty HP28S. This doesn't do everything the HP does (that would take more than a weekend to write) but it does do everything I've used my HP for over the last few years. And I carry my Cassiopeia around with me all the time...
This is now version 1.3. I fixed the problem where people using large fonts on the PC would get their bottom row of numbers cut off. I also scaled the buttons correctly for a Palm-Sized PC and made it correctly return to the forground when re-invoked (rather than starting another instance). Finally, I added a bunch of keyboard shortcuts, some pull down menus, and two new functions (quadradic and distance).
This program is freeware, but if you give it to anyone, you must also give them an unchanged copy of the included readme file. You may not make money in any way from distributing this program unless you first get consent from me. If you really want to "pay" me in some way, get three friends to start reading my free science fiction serial, The Daily Dose.
